We ship to the continental United States and Canada. Custom big heads can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS but are not eligible for any express or guaranteed shipping options. Some of our licensed products are unable to be shipped internationally due to licensing restrictions. All products come packaged in high-quality durable packaging materials designed to withstand the bumps and scrapes of shipping cross country. If your order encounters any damage from shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and notify our support team immediately so we can work on resolving your issue in a timely manner.
Custom products ship from our facility in Burlington, NC while our licensed products ship from a facility in the mountain west region. Please note, licensed products are not eligible for our shipping guarantees.
What material are your standups made of?
Our custom standups are made of a high-density foam core while our licensed cutouts are made of a fluted cardboard material with attached easel for support and helping to stand your cutout up.
How long will it take to get my order of a licensed cutout?
While we process and ship all of our custom orders on the very next business day our licensed cutouts are produced in conjunction with a 3rd party that requires 2-3 business days for processing. As for delivery, we offer a few shipping options. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner than that, I'd recommend upgrading to one of our faster options to ensure it gets there in time for your event. We offer premium shipping options at speeds from 3 days to overnight.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once placed, orders are considered final. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out, we can refund the shipping fee but not the product fee..
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however some of our items are not permitted outside of the US. Please note that customers are responsible for all tariffs and taxes.
How will my licensed cutout be shipped?
Licensed standups arrive folded in thirds and packed in large cardboard boxes. Each cardboard standup will have a surrounding shell to protect the edges during shipping and will arrive with an attachable stand.
